Richard Sarker, Conscience International Project Director for Southeast Asia, flew to Vietnam in June, 2017 to visit an orphanage started by locals. Earlier this month a government leader visited the center and was impressed with the service to the needy and orphans but suggested that the facility seemed too crowded. They have 45 children and some older disabled people living there. The man offered to sell some of his property for expansion at a very low price, but funding for building is needed. The dormitory is modest and their food is simple fare. We are looking for ways to help in this need.
